Responsibilities and duties:
Your tasks will be related to keeping our customers happy, managing orders and maintaining the good image of our company. This includes:
- Managing orders created by customers and converting leads into deals.
- Handling customers’ questions via phone, e-mail, chat and Facebook.
- Translating articles and Facebook posts from English to Hungarian.
- Helping us gain insights about the market and the habits of the local customers.
Note: We are not a call center and you will not actively call people to promote our products.

What do we expect from a successful candidate:
- Perfect written and spoken Hungarian
- English language at least on level B2 (important for translations and for active communication with colleagues)
- Good communication skills
- Independence in solving tasks
- Desire to work, learn and grow
- Interest and basic knowledge in IT is an advantage
- Interest and previous experience in Sales is an advantage
